Getting A Library Card

Your North Country Library System card lets you borrow books, DVDs, CDs, ebooks and downloadable audiobooks, and access databases from Norwood Public Library and any library in our four-county system. It’s free, and you can register online or with assistance from library staff.

Interlibrary Loan

There’s more to the library than what you see on the shelf! With a network of 65 member libraries, we can borrow from a wide range of materials. If you don’t see what you’re looking for here, ask us if we can place a hold for you. Deliveries come twice a week, and materials borrowed from any NCLS library can be returned to Norwood Public Library, even if you checked them out somewhere else.

eMedia

Borrow eBooks, audiobooks, and magazines through our digital catalog. Investigate New York’s historic newspapers. Take a free class online. Your library, 24/7.
