Norwood Public Library is launching a True Crime Book Club! At our first meeting, we will discuss A Stranger Killed Katy: The True Story of Katherine Hawelka, Her Murder on a New York Campus, and How Her Family Fought Back. Author William D. Larue has graciously agreed to visit our library to discuss his true crime book which took place on Clarkson campus in Potsdam.
Norwood Public Library’s True Crime Book Club will meet on the first Tuesday of each month, in place of our regular book club which was on hiatus since the COVID-19 pandemic. This club is open to the public. You can reserve a copy of each month’s book club title by placing a hold at: catalog.ncls.org. Library staff are happy to assist with securing your copy.
Have a suggestion for July’s book club read? Let us know at the meeting and we’ll vote on a title.
