Local artist Kris Rozelle is once again teaming up with Norwood Public Library to offer an interactive art program, Art and Tails Around the World, for children for children ages 5 & up. This program begins July 7th. Space is limited and registration is required. This project is made possible with funds from the Decentralization Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts, with the support of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the New York State Legislature, and administered by the St. Lawrence Council Arts Council.
